In 2020, during one of the most challenging times in history for businesses, the team behind BedBug Central decided to take the first step towards their company transformation by evolving into TRNZ4m™.

Holding true to their core value of audacity, the Executive Leadership Team at BedBug Central pushed forward with the re-branding of the new company that is now TRNZ4m.  Although BedBug Central saw tremendous success and recognition over the past decade, the company started to venture into other avenues, so the name no longer reflected the company.  Of course, it will always be the core of the company, but it wasn’t what defined the team or products anymore as we were much more than just bed bugs.

By expanding beyond bed bugs into educational offerings and other pest products, we  wanted our branding to encompass everything that we were and what we planned to be. TRNZ4m officially launched in 2021 with new branding, logos, products and more, giving the industry a new bold, audacious look.

Even with the changed appearance, the values of the company have not changed. TRNZ4m is devoted to growing businesses while transforming minds by providing effective, affordable pest control products and educational platforms.

From the SenSci pest control product line to the Evolve YT Supervisor Development Series, TRNZ4m intends to provide its clients with the greatest products to help grow their business today and well into the future.

Meet the Executive Leadership Team

Phil Cooper - CEO

Phil Cooper

Phil Cooper spent most of his professional career as a second-generation owner of Cooper Pest Solutions, running it with his brother Richard, a world-renowned entomologist. Along the way Phil experienced the bruises of a family business along with the incredible rewards, growing it from 7 employees to 110, becoming the 54 largest company out of 20,000 pest control companies nationwide.

Along the way, the company won many awards including, "The NJ Family Business of the Year" and "Innovator of the Year." Despite the success, Phil knew his company had hit the ceiling. In 2015 he developed his Leadership Series as part of his WOW principles and introduced it to Cooper Pest Solutions. At the same time, he introduced to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to Cooper and learned how a complete system can supercharge a business. Cooper Pest experienced increased growth and increased earnings, leading to an acquisition by Terminix in 2018, securing his families future.

Now Phil takes his learnings, his bumps, and bruises as well as achievements to bring the Leadership Program to small and medium-sized businesses looking to take their companies to the next level. His EOS practice is focused on the Philadelphia/NJ-metro market, but the Leadership Program is nationwide.

Phil’s passion to excellence, teaching and coaching makes up his style. Phil’s combines his knowledge of service-based companies with his extensive network of subject matter experts as a foundation to bring Evolve YT to life. His energy exudes to each person he interacts with making his sessions powerful and energizing for the teams he is working with.

When Phil is not working, he can be found cycling, using the platform to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis and Runaway Children, building on his bike ride across the country in 2012, from Virginia to San Francisco.
